Our plans provide coverage for basic (e.g., silver and composite fillings), diagnostic and preventive (e.g., x-rays, teeth cleanings, children’s topical fluoride), orthodontics, and major restorative care (e.g., oral surgery, root canals, crowns and dentures). Group Vision
Keeping your eyes healthy now could lead to better eyesight later in life. Our Vision Care plan is a preventative eye care program administered by our network partner, Davis Vision. Groups that choose this plan will receive annual check-ups, reimbursement for eyeglasses and contacts, as well as special rates for certain services such as laser vision correction when members use one of our network providers.
